מיקום מעולה ומושלם הכל קרוב ברגל מלון יוקרתי צוות שירותי ברמות ארוחת בוקר עלובה ברמה ירודה מאוד אין סלטים אין מעדנים אין זיתים אין בורקסים אין גבינות אין פיצות אין ביצים קשות חותכים לכם שתי גמבות וגזר לכל האורחים במלון כמה טוסטים עם חמאה וריבה ודבש וזהו אין שפע כן אהבתי שיש מיץ תפוזים טרי ניתן להזמין מהתפריט שקשוקה או חביתה או ביצי בנדיקט השקשוקה לא טעימה בכלל הבנדיקט טעים אבל הצהוב רך מדי ונוזל האומלט בינוני מינוס בקיצור ארוחת בוקר רחוקה מאוד מאוד מהרמה בישראל המקלחת לא היתה נקיה היו שם שיערות באמבטיה לא היה ריח של ניקיון והיה הרבה אבק על הרהיטים הג׳קוזי בגג נחמד הבריכה לא מחוממת וקטנה בגובה 1.2 מטר

הכל בסדר גמור

L’emplacement est idéal, l’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont très belles.

Petit déjeuner qui manque de choix, rapport qualité prix pas parfait. Et surtout, nous avons un vêtement qui a « disparu » de notre chambre durant le séjour. Le personnel a pris notre sujet un peu à la légère j’ai trouvé.

الخدمه في مطعم الفندق جداً سيئه من موظفين المطعم والمعامله سبئه خاصه من موظفه اعتقد أنها من امريكا الجنوبيه ولكن عندما تم النقاش مع مدير المطعم بخصوص معاملتنا لأننا مسلمون اجاب بلا وفي اليوم التالي تحسنت المعامله قليلاً والطلبات كانت تتأخر كثيراً لدرجة أني كنت أحتج على التأخير عند موظفين الأستقبال وأقول لهم أرجعوا الكاميرات

Stunning property - such a delight to stay there

I became a little frustrated with the charging for room service and breakfast. My card details were with reception from booking and I expected to settle any incidentals when checking out. I ordered room service quite late one night (which was lovely) but 10 mins after delivery the gentleman returned with a card reader for me to pay directly. I then had breakfast the next morning and again was charged on the spot which was actually fine were it not for the fact that when I checked out an attempt was made to charge me again for the same breakfast which at €55 is quite expensive. So overall a fab stay - just a little frustrated by the admin and lack of coherence.

Excellent location , large room , v comfortable bed , v quiet. Fabulous breakfast.

Slightly too formal and stiff.
