"June 2026 Mumbai Stopover"

Transit stay (daytime) over at the Hilton. The hotel was very kind and offered me breakfast even though I was just checking in. The breakfast experience was fantastic, never met such a friendly, helpful, caring team. I want to give a shout out to Kriti, Dami, Amarpreet - who made sure my breakfast experience was 11/10. Thank you and hope to see you guys soon again.

"Disastrous breakfast"

For the breakfast: I had juice, but no drinking glass I had stale bread, but no butter I had cornflakes, but no milk A coffee took 15 Mins, after 4 reminders And in the end, I was told - they had a larger breakfast facility and the place I had was an extension. Everything was supposed to be available here also,, had I known what was there in the other facility and ordered. All with the money that I paid ☹️

"I will definitely stay again."

It was a great relaxing stay. Pool was great. Staff was kind. And the breakfast was amazing. It was a 10+ stay.

There was a smell in the room when we came in but I didn’t notice it after a few mins. I felt a bit lost at dinner buffet because it was my first day. Will be nice for someone just say hi and say just sit anywhere.

"Transition : Stay, Resurrect & Visit again"

Property is good. Location close to T2 airport. Breakfast and Host Amarpreet at Buffet is welcoming. Gita the supervision girl @breakfast equally vigilant and guest focused.

This hotel is about transition stay and go. You must not expect laid back and luxury soaked feel. Its a business hotel with pace and momentum. So ideally its a good vibe. So instead to dislike Its Wow vibe...

"Uns hat es nicht gefallen"

Das Personal im Restaurant, an der Pforte und die Gepäckmenschen waren sehr freundlich.

Den Poolbereich konnte man nicht genießen, da es extrem laut war (vermutlich durch Klimaanlagen). Die Sofas draußen waren sehr abgenutzt und schmuddelig. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war okay. Ohne Balkon und durch den langen weg durch den Flur war es stressig, wenn man mal rauchen wollte. Das Essen und die Getränke entsprechen von den Preisen her deutschen Preisen. Im Großen und Ganzen hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gepasst. Für den Transfer zum Flughafen (3km) wollten sie 1500INR. Wir haben für 150 das Uber genommen.
