I have stayed at this hotel before, about 4 years ago, in which we had a great experience. For this reason, it prompted us to stay here again this time around. However, this experience was not the best. Room was warm, even after setting the temperature at the lowest setting. Housekeeping would not vacuum/sweep the floors daily in multiple occasions. There was a lack of toiletries, such as a shortage of towels and hand towels, at our dispense after every service. We would have to remind the housekeeper multiple times to refill these. Very nice staff and great location, but needs improvement in room service. Also, the hotel lacks access to an elevator from the main entrance to the lobby floor. We had a baby in a stroller where we had to go up the escalator, every time running the risk of falls.

Las cenas y snacks malos y caros.lo peor es la atención y hasta los amenities me cobraban y no nos llevan al cuarto,pésimas políticas,no regreso, de hecho la próxima semana tenía otra reserva pero mejor la cancele

Everything from the room, staff and on-site amenities are top tier specially if you consider the price point. They are incredible accommodating and kind. It would be $1000/night in Toronto.

From the moment we arrived, staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Hotel itself was beautiful, smelled and looked clean, so were the rooms. If you are a fan of more firm beds, this is the place for you. Bathroom was clean, staff cleaned it daily. Room service was great and quick. Could get slightly noisy at night if that’s something you would get bothered on. Overall great stay! Gracias
