La ubicacion

el estacionamiento no es muy grande, casi nos quedamos sin lugar. El aire acondicionado era ruidoso el precio no incluia desayuno y como que no nos insistieron mucho en desayunar ahi

"Es un crimen tener alberca y que no la puedas usar.."

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, esta limpio, la atención de las recepcionistas no es de lo mejor pero se entiende...

El hotel no tiene elevador... la gabitacion que nos asignaron quedaba muy lejos y teníamos que subir 3 pisos de escaleras no muy cómodas... la muerte si se te olvido algo en el carro al llegar o en la habitación al salir...la alberca es imposible de usar a cualquier hora del día ya que no tiene ningún tipo de sombrilla o techumbre para tapar el sol a los costados de la misma... imagínate en agosto a 43 grados en Monclova y que no te puedas meter a la alberca por que el sol simplemente no es apto para los humanos... en fon ojala mejoren en esos aspectos..

We had to move twice to get a room with an operational air conditioning unit. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times before. However, now it appears that it is mo longer being maintained or updated.

No había elevador. El clima era muy antiguo, ruidoso... Y la habitación se sentía como húmeda.. había mal olor...
