The location is great, it has a pool and access to the beach, the restaurant is good. The downside of this hotel is that the beach has very big rocks that ruins the view from where you sit in the beach.

The front desk and valet staff were great, but the people that offered drinks in the beach and that were suppose to set the chairs were terrible. The room had a noise every time someone used the elevator.

El personal muy atento, respetuoso y pendiente, lo que mas nos agrado fue el personal de los cuartos siempre atentos y mantiene muy limpio todo.

El hotel luce descuidado por zonas ejemplo da mal aspecto el ascensor sin un botón, con humedades, algún mobiliario maltratado, chapas descuidadas de los cuartos, la alberca no es climatizada, lo camastros en mal estado. Vidrios de las habitaciones sucios, los equipos de gimnasio viejos, descuidados y oxidados. Cumple con lo estrictamente necesario

Amables en recepción y rápido check in

Mi vista era al mar pero las ventanas estan muy sucias lo que hace poco agradable la vista,la puerta del baño rechina y se ve muy descuidada,los accesorios que hay en el closet sucios y viejos les falta en general mantenimiento solo la recepción se ve bonita y acorde al precio que se paga

The location, beach access, and pool are great. The hotel recently renovated the lobby, giving it a fresher look.

My hotel room. Overall, the room facilities felt quite outdated. The air conditioning system made a very loud noise every time it turned on, but the biggest disappointment was the lack of a mini fridge. My father is diabetic, and we needed a refrigerator to store his insulin. On previous visits, the staff made arrangements to place a mini fridge in our room or moved us to another room that already had one. This time, however, the reception staff seemed indifferent and said there were no rooms with mini fridges available, nor any spare units. I must say that the hotel did not appear to be fully occupied or particularly busy. They even suggested that I upgrade my room at an additional cost to get a mini fridge, which I found completely unacceptable. A mini fridge should be a standard amenity in this type of hotel. In the end, the reception staff offered to store the insulin at reception, but I instead resorted to buying a small cooler and refilling it with ice from the hotel restaurant, as the only ice machine in the hotel was not working.

Los alimentos del buffete estaban sabrosos, la ubicación tambien es buena, el personal es muy amable.

Las camas no se sienten tan comodas, en epoca de frio deberian considerar calefaccion en la piscina.
