Friendly staff

Room floor coming apart. Sheets were not white. Bed spread was very wrinkled. The shower curtain was very dirty

"Dirty room everything out of order no pool access"

Location

The pool was out of order And that was the main reason we got that hotel was for the indoor pool the room is very outdated and dirty with the beds had stains and the sheets. It seemed like the room wasn’t cleaned before. Also no amenities

La alberca no estaba disponible y antes de reservar aparecía disponible al llegar al hotel dicen que está en mantenimiento
