Hotel tranquilo

There were two restaurants next to the hotel and a gas station across the street which were very convenient.

The hotel is directly adjacent to a major highway and traffic sounds were LOUD in our room. It was hard to sleep without earplugs.

You get why you pay for. It’s clean, nice, everything at the level you’d expect.

Clean and comfortable

My family and I traveled f4 1/2 hours from Albany to Buffalo then 3 1/2 from Buffalo to Binghamton for my son’s travel soccer. We reserved a King bed with pull out sofa. We only received room King bed. The front desk person gave us several excuses as to why we received room we reserved. I understand things happen but a little apology goes a long way!

The linen didnt feel clean at all. My daughter was shocked - she saw dried blood on her pillow. It was disgusting. I told the reception when we checked out and no apologies no reaction

The pool was freezing cold!! Thought they had a heated pool. When I asked about the pool the lady said well the room itself is warm correct?? I said yes but if it's 30 degrees outside and your pool is 30 degrees how can anyone swim!!!!!!! Couldn't enjoy the amenities!! No hot tub or sauna!!! Room was dirty went in and had old radishes in the fridge which obviously didn't get cleaned and cleaning cloths left in bathroom!!! I think the cleaning lady took a nap in the room instead of cleaning 🧹 🧼 🤨🧐 very disappointed!!!

Older hotel, but well kept up. The staff was exceptional from the moment we checked in, until time to check out. The room was clean and quiet. It was a great location, close to the area we were there to visit. Meals were easy as the hotel had eating establishments on either side of it. They gym was small, but very clean and organized with water available

The toilet needed an update. When flushed, the flusher would actually lift the lid a bit and make noise when it dropped back down. I've run into this in other older hotels and imagine it will be updated eventually.

The staff was nice

Everything else my bed was dirty sheets and water wouldn't drain in sink. And got double charge. Very upset
