Breakfast was excellent. Lots of tasty home style items to choose from. Staff preparing and serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The physical facility is in badly need of refurbishing. Elevators were not working. The housekeepers tried their best to make the hotel room as clean as possible they could only do so much to make it presentable.

They have a ridiculous policy that they do not clean your room without a request if you stay less than three nights, which they did not tell us. Our room smelled musty, and the wheelchair accessible bathroom was gross. Overall, hotel cleanliness was okay. Breakfast was pretty good.
