The staff was rude and everything was outdated and smelt like mold.. the people at the front desk don't answer there phones. And I was charged extra for my stay even though I left early. They are cheap people who run this place and I can tell and the pool will never be open.

Everything about our stay was great. The breakfast had a variety of choices from yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, bagels, and cereal to 3 different kinds of juice. Very filling.

The property was conveniently located. The manager was pleasant but seemed stressed every time I saw her.

The hotel rooms need a deep cleaning, the room was ok but the halls, headboard, furniture and carpet need a good cleaning. You can tell housekeeping came in only to change the bed and clean the bathroom. We left very early on our last morning, the 11-7 staff left half way through the shift, no one was there to check us out or start breakfast at 6 am as scheduled to do so. We, along with some workers staying there had to wait until the 7-3 person came in. This is really pitiful. I don’t think I will stay at this property again.

I enjoy oatmeal over the traditionally fattening foods. The yogurt and cereal were good.

2 false alarms. There was work being done on the 3rd floor with no warning that an alarm may sound or there would be annoying loud sounds happening during that time. There were two false alarms. Work was being done on the third floor without any prior warning that an alarm might sound or that there would be loud, disruptive noises during that time. We should be prepared for this and acknowledge that it could lead to false alarms.

It was neat, clean and very quiet.
