We didn’t.

There was dirty towels left in our room under the vanity in the bathroom, hair in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Hair and dust on the toilet seat. There was dust and dirt all around. The “white” towels were stained and gross. They didn’t smell clean. Our comforter had cigarette burns on it and it was supposed to be a non smoking room.

I always go here, so I'm usually comfortable here

There was a dog howling and then the front desk person called me at 9:30 am to ask if I was checking out or staying. Check out is at 11 why are you calling me at 9:30. They have never done that

The AC did not properly work. Would not stay cool. It also leaked a lot. The TV remotes (because we tried several) did not work properly. The remotes were not able to turn the TV on and off and could not change the volume level.
