The location is easy to get to.

Parking is terrible, kids run the hallways till late at night. The view out our window was a cliff. The bathroom was small and not comfortable. The bathtub was small and not well kept.

i was 20 minutes late for work the staff didnt wake me up in the morning on time , i said i wanted to get up at 7 , and phone ran 20 minute latter , i should be compisated , a bit , prize should be discounted some

The room was fantastic, staff were kind enough to put a birthday bag of goodies in the room for my daughter

Only thing I can think of is the kids wished the waterside opened before 4pm so they could have used it again the morning before checkout

Staff followed up if everything is in order with the room.

The shower head in the bath is a bit low to get under it. It would have been nice if it were 6 - 10 inches higher.

The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of skiing. The room was comfortable.

The coffee in the room was not so good. Access to the building from the parking lot was not great.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The only issue was the hot tub was lukewarm and bot enjoyable at all.
