It was close to the venue, check in was friendly and easy. The bed was comfy. It was relately quiet.

The curtains didn’t close fully, I saw 2 cockroaches, there was a running water noise in a cupboard in the bathroom. There were no spare blankets and I had to use my coat for extra warmth.
