"Dissappointing having to sleep in a messy bed that is paid for 1st"

The queen bed was not made and the previous persons coffee cup wasnt cleaned got key for room to be left outside in box so there was no one at reception to get bed made .....

Value for money and close to the Musicians Club for dinner. Staff were very accommodating.
