"My stay at Mid City Motor Inn was convenient and comfortable due to its location, but the pool area was poorly maintaine"

It is convenient and easy to access shops/restaurants

The pool area was not well maintained, with dry leaves visible and the water being quite cold, which made it less enjoyable to use. A bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep of facilities would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
