We were very worried about the Google reviews. After being assigned a room in a building that had a bad smell, we were offered another one that was absolutely fine. It was clean, comfy and had plenty of amenities. So overall it did exceed expectations.

I booked a pet friendly room but was asked at the counter to pay a $30 pet fee. Booking.com should display the final price at booking time.
