Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens

Great location, rooms were great, loved the half basketball court, outdoor gym, pool and bbq area. Loved that it was only a short walk to the restaurant too

We needed fresh towels daily and weren’t aware that you had to request fresh towels from reception. We went into reception to request some, and had to follow up later that night because they had forgotten. The wait time for food at the restaurant was very long, the staff were very lovely though. Beside the wait time for food and the towel situation we couldn’t fault anything else it was a lovely experience

Comfortable beds. Air con was good. Being able to park directly in front of your villa was helpful.

The admin building had moved and that wasn’t clear for checkin.

Convenient location, good sized rooms, comfortable and clean, good amenities. Perfect for a family

Small electrical issue in our first room, however they responded immediately and when it couldn’t be fixed in a few minutes we were moved to another room. However don’t try to order room service - the QR codes apparently go to “old” menus which you only find out when your incorrect order eventually arrives, they then tell you to look on the website for the menu but it was still incorrect for what they were telling me.

Very quiet and loved the car park right in front of the door as well as how comfortable the bed was and there was a car charger just down the road

It would be good to have a car charger at the property put there was one just a couple of minutes down the road and some were to wash the car
