For cancellation between 7th-9th April, All Public Holidays & 24th December to 4th January - there will be $30 administration fee upon the refund 7 days prior. A surcharge of AUD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Reception opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 07:30 - 20:30 Sunday 08:30 - 19:30Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "We had a good stay. The room we had was large and comfortable and we were at the back of the motel away from the traffic"

The size and comfort of the room and the restaurant was good

The room we had was outdated and the toilet flushed for ages before cutting off and was noisy. Also you could hear everything in the room next door

Pillows were too hard & the tv is too small so couldn't see very well from the bed or the couch.

The picture did not match the room, it was old and out dated and not at all what i was expecting. the man at the front counter was very nice though

"look it was ok for the money"

Our bed was super comfy and i had a great sleep, rooms are big and water pressure was good

My cousins said her bed was terrible with a big dip. there was a smoke smell but we aired it out
