Checking in is very smooth. Hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in George Town.

We had everything we need and we were walking distance from the Main Street and our family. It would be great if there were forks in the rooms please and thank you 😊

We accidentally booked a room without a kitchen. The service was impeccable with an easy room exchange and paying the difference. The self contained unit is well set out with large living areas and gallery kitchen fully equipped. A very welcoming place wirh a great pub and dining available. The rooms were well presented, clean and spacious.

Room was lovely with views to the water. Very clean plus sheets and towels of superior quality. Bar - great range of local gins and whisky’s to select from. Restaurant- pork roast was yummy so was the local garlic scallops and prawns. Service was friendly and helpful, would recommend, room rate was great value.

Fabulous stay, incredible views and very clean and comfortable. Shame the reception staff were less that helpful.

Nice, clean room, comfortably set up. In particular, there was a separate charcoal grey face washer marked 'make up remover' - really helpful. TV reception was VERY poor, often disappearing after only a few minutes. Nice view from the front. Close to things. The man who checked me in had no sense of customer service at all and I felt like I was purely a transaction.

The style of this accommodation is old motel style. 90's bedding which makes it look older. The bathroom had pink tiles that were cracked. Black mould in the grout. The bathroom floor tile looked dirty NO light in the middle of the room! A light by the window and one at the other end of the room! Tiny bedside lamps that sat below the height of the mattress!?! useless. A large sign stating, 'If you leave a glass, cup or a spoon dirty, you will be charged $30. Very uninviting! Would not stay there again. Good points: lots of clean fluffy towels.

Loud noisy neighbours to interrupt our sleep at night. Also no hot water to shower we had to leave place. Staff service didn’t show our place made bit confusing to locate our room. Also we booked for 2 days but had to leave in the 1st day as of no hot water before the checkout time. But they didn’t give us our refund and charged full price which is pretty lame
