No breakfast included. Was told by manager we didn’t need to book for dinner at brewery at front of motel however we found out we did need to as very busy. The room was noisy until after 1 as the brewery had a live band playing.

Great room that was huge. Excellent location right next to the pub in the main street and beach.

We had some very noisy neighbours which was unfortunate.
