The location and the staff were the highlight of our stay.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing and exceeded expectations. We loved the vibe of the bar, sitting and eating area. The hospitality shown to us was excellent and very professional.

Overall decor in the room and bathroom are in need of a freshening up. I last stayed here about 20 years ago, and I'm almost certain the bathrooms haven't been updated since then. The property overall is beautiful and a freshening up of the rooms would bring them up to par.

Always a lovely place to stay in Bairnesdale.

The property is getting a little bit tired and could do we a small facelift; carpets and furniture etc. still like it very much.
