Great rate and service in a well maintained period style hotel stay, with ready access to popular nearby shopping and restaurant centres.
The room heating & tap in the shower was broken. After two days gave us another room - in that room bathroom door knob was broken & we couldn’t close the bathroom door. For the whole hotel there was only one washing machine & dryer - they were so dirty I had to clean both machines before using it. After all that the dryer took my money, but did not work I had to hang the clothes in our room- in which the heating wasn’t working. We all slept in a cold room. Went to use the gym on the 2nd day at 8pm, there was no lights and we were told it can be only used when there is natural lights - so we went next day morning & it was just like the laundry room - so filthy there were no wipes, broken machines, cups all over the floor - NO COVID SAFETY IN THAT GYM. THE WORST HOTEL WE STAYED IN. Now when we think or talk about our Melbourne trip this hotel stay has ruined it. Hotel wasn’t cheap & I mainly wanted was a gym & laundry facility & I didn’t get both.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean & well-maintained, and internally quiet. Furnishings and internal decor is stylish & pleasing.
Only 1 bin in bathroom which was small. Staff forgot to come empty it when we called them. Shower spilt water all over bathroom floor. Staff took a while to check us out.
Reasonably priced, comfortable room for what was one of the hottest nights in quite a while. Only problem was there was no cold water in the fridge.
No room service or dining facilities. Disabled toilet/shower in our room, floor slippery.Towels not changed daily. Staff excellent, bed was comfortable. Staff did extra to help us.
