Spacious room. Paid extra for an upgrade to get a ground level room.

The pillows were too thick and firm. The bathroom exhaust fan was quite noisy. There was a microwave oven and a toaster, but no knives, forks, spoons, or plates. No tea towel to dry the coffee cups after washing them.

The location was perfect and it was lovely and clean

The people in the room next door sat out side their door of an evening smoking which drifted through our bathroom window causing our room to smell of vapour. They also talked really loudly keeping us awake then on the second night we were woken up in the early hours by them yelling at a staff member because they had lost their key and couldn’t get into their room
