Comfortable and great value for money

Minor repairs, the door handle needed tightening up. Chain was on the frame it nothing to attach it to on the door.

The staff were friendly.

The door to my room was broken off it's hinge so difficult to open and close, plus the chain was also broken, so there was no way to secure the door. I didn't end up sleeping there as I didn't feel safe. There was no bath mat for showering either. Light in the main room kept flickering also, so it couldn't be used. Very disappointing.

Our sink in the bathroom leaked in to the room and we paid for a late check out (1pm) and house keeping came barging into our room at 10 am

Staff is good and very friendly

Booked for the second day as well. Nothing provided (tea ,coffee,toilet papers ) for the second day😒 The day of the checkout the cleaning lady try to enter the room using her key while my wife was changing clothes .
