Location

The walls are so thin. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the pool fountain trickling like it was in the room next to us. We could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the rooms around us while watching tv and as we were walking past them.

Clean, simple, friendly staff, efficient. Everything worked. Heated pool was a plus. Located in the Carlton neighborhood 1 block from the vibrant Lygon and Grattan intersection. Lots of good food, pubs. Easy walk to Melbourne Museum and historic Exhibition Hall. All major bus line stops nearby. Easy short bus rides to the central business district and all attractions museums, churches, AC/DC Lane murals and other points of interest. Good value. Recommend

Fantastic location close to Royal exhibition hall ( where we were working) , great food options and supermarket. Room was spacious and clean. Bed firm and really really comfortable.

Window didn’t open and room smelt stale.
