"I will never stay here again!"

I have stayed here twice in the last month for 4 days each time for work. And each time there have been problems. The first time I ordered breakfast for 7:15-7:30am as I wanted it early before work at 8:15am. It hadn't arrived a few minutes before 8am so I had to go to the office to see what was going on. The mgr was in a flap and said it's coming. It arrived in my room about 8:05am.Thet mgr said she had put a complimentary tomato and chipolata for the inconvenience in the plate. The sausage was raw on the inside and I spat it out. This time I had sent a txt message and email to the motel a week before my stay for a certain room I wanted. Crickets- no answer! Turn up Monday and guess what, room had been booked to someone else. Plus the internet is non existent (see pics) and the TV is the same, can't be watched.

"Rough condition of rooms. Nice receptionist very helpful."

Room 5 had very old bed and room in very dilapidated condition. Fridge old and too small. TV controller didn’t work. Informed the receptionist and she tried to get the TV fixed but couldn’t do so. She also was embarrassed about the condition of room 5 so she gave us room 9. Room was nice compared to room 5. And TV worked.

Rooms in need of updated.

"It was suitable for our 2-night stay."

The location was good. It's on a main road and our room was next to the main road but we weren't disturbed by the noise. The room was clean. The shower was very good, good water pressure and didn't turn hot and cold, was consistent.
