Highly recommend for a stay . Lovely hotel with excellent accommodation and meals and open fire . Stay came with complementary bottle of wine and breakfast . How good is that !! Wished I could have stayed longer

Excellent customer service

Stayed in the Tower Room. Whilst unique,needs to be mentioned it is not suitable for those who find narrow, steep stairs difficult,

Gloriously comfortable bed. Heaven.

Such a a lovely Victorian place to stay. We loved our bell tower room, Cody with 3 levels and l a rooftop view.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The host was wonderful and welcoming. The room we stayed in was lovely and well decked out. There was thought for our stay and us as guests at every turn. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh bread and delicious yoghurt and berries. So close to all the best that the Yarra valley has to offer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay in the Yarra Room was very comfortable, and the period furnishings are lovely. It was very convenient to the winery where we were attending a wedding. The staff were lovely. The only downsides were the shower, which had terrible water pressure, and a shared balcony which ran along the front of the hotel - beautiful, but there were people sitting outside our room at midnight making a bit of noise. That's outside the hotel's control though, I guess.
