USThe room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. I’m used to Red Roof being a budget line, so I’ve always managed my expectations. But this might be the nicest RRI I’ve ever stayed in.
Room was stale/smelly/not fresh. Bed covers and sheets smelled old and musty. Bed covers had small stains on them. The first-floor window lock was poorly repaired from what was likely a prior break-in attempt. The tub faucet was poorly installed and stuck out of the wall with exposed piping behind it. Property was dirty, with misc. trash on the ground. Strong smell of marijuana near the entrance to the hotel. I did not feel safe here. I went to the breakfast area at 9am, and there was no breakfast - nothing to eat, and only apple juice to drink. The staff, however, were generally friendly, nice, and helpful, so that was the only good part.
