The front desk staff was very rude every time I called to talk to a manager about canceling my reservation due to an emergency. I didn’t stay there and am still waiting for a response from the manager

There could have been more items available at the breakfast; there was very little to choose from when I was able to get it, a few bagels, a few slices of bread, a few muffins and two egg patties and two sausages that were lukewarm.
