Nice complex, just outside of the actual center. Good restaurant and sports bar with a lot going on.

Awesome customer service, staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

The pool was great going next door for dinner. Air con nice and cool

Have stayed here a few times and has been average. Stayed one night last week on way to the NT and had problems with getting the right room and then a working key. Had booked for last night on return trip but due to elderly fathers ill health had to cancel at short notice and fly him instead of driving back. Management un helpful and refused a refund as less than 24hours notice. Very disappointing at lack of compassion and understanding. Won't stay here again.

Privacy is good and the motel is spacious and roomy

Huge spacious establishment with sections of motel accommodation, hotel, conference facilities. Room basic but all we needed so would stay again. Walking distance to small airport for scenic flight (not noisy though).

Good spacious room and EXCELLENT STAFF

Only there for one night so not much to say. Ate in the sports bar which was typical Australian food.

The hotel allowed an early checkin and the room was well,set up. Price was a little higher than one would expect however probably on par with the area. Wifi was a little limited and not available in the room. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

Check in, we arrived at about 6:45pm I’d checked the office hours on the booking prior to arrival but did not see any. We had three rooms booked & we were traveling in a coach. As I was told we all had to book individually I asked if we could park the coach then book in, not really was the reply as I knock off in 18 minutes!!!! No where on the booking did I see 7pm office close. Bar staff could not smile other than the Asian lady. Breakfast staff was a very pleasant change they were great.
