Bed uncomfortable

Good location.

Uncomfortable pillows. Poor air-conditioning. To many signs on back of door.

A couple of things were broken, lounge, ironing board.

Could not sleep as the windows were terrible and could hear heavy traffic all night

We requested an early check in and the staff were very helpful and lovely.

The bed was one of the firmest beds I’ve ever slept on and they only had very flat pillows.

The entire complex smelt like cigarettes including my room, the powerpoints were hanging out of the walls and the mattress had springs pocking through, very unpleasant

Lovely staff, clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed.

The shower recess had a lot of black mould not only unpleasant but unhealthy. The plate in the microwave was stuck on with blue tack rendering it useless. The ironing board cover had seen better days and was dirty thankful that I did not need to use it. The room was shabby and in need of a good clean. Expected better and I would certainly not recommend it.
