No first aid kit!! My mum fell up the stairs and scraped her arm. They had nothing to help. Steps were too steep and narrow.

Location

The bathroom flooded when I had a shower. Everything was sticky and dusty. Couldn't walk barefoot in our room. The room smelt of damp mouldy carpet.
