"An expensive motel with a superb breakfast."

Breakfast was superb, bed was good.

The word 'HOTEL' experience was totally missing, I think MOTEL is more correct, and as this a MOTEL then the price is totally off the charts. Missleading pictures, this did not match the experience I booked at all!!!! When we arrived sunday evening around 19:00 and we wanted some food an drinks (that is the main reason we booked a hotel), we simple got the 'restaurant is closed on sundays'...I asked, then what? What can you arrange?? Here the correct answer should be: "What can we arrange for you!!!! We can order pizza, which one would you like??" Not like the answer we got: "You can go to town or you can order via Foodora :-) ""....that comment right there, screwed up our evening, tired after a long drive...you do not want to start create foodora accounts, etc. so basically that ruined our evening. However this might be an ok solution for some, not for us!

Hotellet bærer preg av å være gammelt og slitt. Hotellrommet luktet dårlig og var veldig tett/innestengt. Ingen ventilasjon. Vi booket hotelrommet for 2, men vi fikk bare 1 enkel dyne ved ankomst og måtte spørre om en til. Vi ble skuffet da vi hadde forventet en høyere standard i forhold til pris.

Hei! Har ved flere anledninger bodd på hotellet. Ergrer meg like mye hver gang at jeg må til nærliggende bensinstasjon for å kjøpe "middag", ettersom kjøkkenet er stengt når jeg ankommer. Enten er det noen som ikke skjønner at slik "service" sender meg videre til konkurrerende etablissementer på neste reise, eller kanskje vi som spiser mat flere ganger i døgnet ikke er av interesse for Thon Hotell Vettre?

Rommet var veldig basic og manglet det du normalt får på andre Thon Hotel. Bassenget var den tingen vi satte stor pris på, ellers var rommet mangelfullt og sengen ukomfortabel

"Lovely night, super food"

My two teenage daughters and I stayed the night. The dinner in the restaurant was amazing. My daughters ordered a very steak each and it was cooked to perfection. The choice for breakfast was also very good. I stayed on the sofa bed and it was comfy. The pool was a bit cold so we managed only 15 minutes before heading to the sauna.
