"Terrible stay !"

Terrible experience staying here for 5 days. Despite repeated requests for housekeeping - they don’t show up. When they do, their service is half hearted and incomplete. Bad lighting in bathrooms. The carpets all around are dirty. The trash keeps sitting next to elevators. Better to book any place except this in the area.

Location , size,

Furniture was very dirty from use, chairs ,stools, couch, rugs desperately need deep deep steam Cleaning. Tub Needs BLEACHING DAILY.

From the moment we entered the lobby we knew we were in a great hotel. So much room, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient young woman who registered us (Crystal) we hd a great experience. The suite was well played out and in great condition. Everything looked almost brand new. We will stay there again.

I can't think of a thing at the moment.
