The staff was extraordinary

No water pressure in shower

I love staying here and am a repeat customer at this location. The staff is awesome, place is clean, comfortable and safe. I'll stay here again at the endvofvthe month...

It was excellent. The lady at registration was super friendly and efficient. The room was perfect, big and roomy and clean, hot shower, etc. Location was good, the parking lot was adjacent to a local steak house. The morning breakfast bar was scrumptious and very reasonably priced. I could live there.

I can not think of one thing I didn’t like.

Check out was at noon a person walked in while I was in the shower. I was supposed to have breakfast however was told I would have to pay for it

The hotel was very clean. The room was very spacious and had several, convenient features, such as a small stacked drawers near the clothes hanging area. I plan to return again when visiting in Louisville again.

The bed in room 108 needs to be readjusted. It was very noisy.

Perfect stay.

First of all when I went to checkout, the woman at the front desk had informed us of having 2 rooms reserved and paid for under my name. I did not reserve but 1. Upon entering the room the toilet was running continuously which we fixed bc the handle was stuck. Carport looked very worn down all over the hotel, not just our room! The hotel was packed and had loud young children and teenagers there for some kind of competition. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable and the pillows were super lumpy. The top blanket on each bed felt like a scratchy paper towel. I have stayed at several Hilton Garrde s and this was by for the worst one so far!! Very dissatisfied!! Won’t be back and really hope this will help others on deciding where to stay in Louisville ( pick one of the other 2-3 Hilton Gardens in the same town), MUCH BETTER ALL AROUND!! I give this place two stars bc we were warm and dry (oh the shower was horrible and there was no where to hand your towels)
