Nice and convenient

2 night getaway for a musical festival at the Rose Bowl for my husband and I. Great location, great staff! The hotel has everything you need. We arrived on Friday, after dinner out we came back and enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar. Delightful servers and very attentive to everyone. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Will stay here again next year.

I liked the location. This is an old hotel that needs better maintenance of the rooms

Service was not good. Room was terrible. Overpriced

There are two main reasons we have stayed at this hotel multiple times. 1. It offers rooms with accessible *roll-in* showers. 2. The staff is fantastic. They are knowledgeable experts who are cheerfully responsive to our needs. Please renovate the elevators.

We've stayed repeatedly at this hotel and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is cheerful and responsive. Importantly, the hotel offers accessible *roll-in* showers. There is a nice coffee shop, a Trader Joe's and a Walgreens across the street.

Close to Glendale shopping lots of food options near ish. Kinda wish there was a hot tub.

I can’t count the number of times I have stayed at this hotel. The entire staff is wonderful, the facility is spotlessly clean, and except for a really noisy air conditioner last night, we very much enjoyed our stay!

The staff were great, especially in the dining area for breakfast. They were all good but Juan was an excellent server, very attentive. Loved his energy. There's also a nice spanish lady who was the hostess with long nails. Unfortunately i didn't get her name. Also lovely. Breakfast was expensive though. It should be included. The hotel itself is basic and somewhat dated. I expected more from the Hilton. Id choose somewhere else next time.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but from the get go we had issues. We checked in and the room was around 90 degrees. The thermostat or air did not work. Called maintenance and for the next 3 days we had to either have ot super hot or cold by manually putting it on. The outlasts did not work. The blow drier barely came on and the refrigerator did not work. On the good side, the pool was nice and the gym was very nice.
