The facility put a hold on our bank account for over 500$ and said it would drop off in a couple hours on 9/20/25 it is now 9/23 and the hold is still there and pending. We paid with a different card in person and now it is as if we are being charged twice. Our bank can't do anything we have asked the location itself to correct it and they claim they can't.

"Good but not Great"

So much potential to being a great hotel. Best part was the 24/7 hotel shuttle. However the shuttle is not marked with a logo or magnet logo so it took 45 mins and calling two times to get a ride due to not knowing what to look for and the driver not getting out of the white Mercedes Sprinter van to advertise he was with Hilton. Hotel lobby is beautifully designed and has a great restaurant and snack bar area. Huge fireplace with ample seating for families to connect and watch television on a 60 inch TV. What threw me off was they allowed a woman to let her cats roam the front area. She had their food on the floor and litter box by the front door. Not 30 feet away from where the restaurant was. The smell of the liter box and wet cat food was distasteful in my opinion a why I elected not to eat there. Room is huge. Looks recently updated in the main room but needs updating in the bathroom. Too much room space with. Nothing there to use. Potentially a couch or sitting area would be more functional. Bed is soft but linen is old and rough feeling.
