Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

Most of the Hotels we stay at don’t charge for breakfast and have the same or better food! We were charged $15 for my 8 year old grandson who ate cereal and juice.

The staff was very friendly, professional and inviting!

This was a nice property. It was quiet and and the beds were clean and comfortable. It is a bit dated, tiny tv’s!

Clean room, nice staff. Somebody had their tv turned up all the way, so didn’t sleep well. The comforter was a little thin.

The left buttons on the elevator don’t always work on the first and second floor. We got back to the hotel after 11 but our key card didn’t work to get in the side door. The pancakes for breakfast were not very good. The beds were kinda hard and uncomfortable. The staff were all very nice. The hotel looked very clean.

Staff is super friendly and go out of their way to help and be nice. Love the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Exceptional staff, all of them, from the night manager who let me in (tops!) to the checkout person and the lady who waits on the tables and monitors the breakfast buffet. They were all incredibly personable. Great job hiring staff that make a big difference in a stay.

The bar and restaurant staff were excellent! Their kindness and hospitality was one of the best I have ever seen! I truly enjoyed myself! The downside is the property needed some work. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor and noticed some work needed to be done internally.

Expedia did what they do. They change selected reservations. Twice since November they have changed my flights to one I didn't select. Their whim applies to hotel bookings. I selected a corner suite for this hotel only to arrive and have a totally different room. The answer is always the same. "You booked with a third party.agent." Book direct. Thats my advice. This Hilton is a.flop hotel for high-school sports teams. Avoid it unless you're traveling for sports. Its loud and messy.
