Ocean air, ocean views, beautiful property

Minor: the pool area was never cleaned up. Not a big deal to me, but it just made your beautiful hotel look a little dirty.

Location was easy to find and access. Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Nice to have the restaurant and bar there. Customer service was beyond wonderful. Andrew and Jay at the front desk were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. Lobby has nice decor as did the pool area. Overall a great stay. Only negative thing was paid parkingโ€ฆ

"Good time, decent place to stay"

It was a decent hotel for the price. I would recommend for families and pool time. I would avoid the restaurant, took forever and not worth the cost. Parts of the hotel seemed a bit rundown, but overall not bad for the price. It was quiet and close to a lot of good beach, the flower fields and Legoland. Room was clean for the most part, but could have used a little updating in places. Maybe a nicer utilities panel in the bathroom ceiling, things like that. Please empty the trash receptacles near the elevators more often, it got stanky over there.

The seating areas around and outside the pool were very beautiful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast service was decently priced for the amount of food you got with how much the rooms are nightly it would be nice for it to be included at no charge.

The website said that it was a 500 feet walk to the beach that is the reason I booked this place not knowing the location too much and researching a lot this one came up but it doesn't mention that it is to the cliff of the beach not the beach itself, otherwise you have to walk through a campsite to get to one side of the beach with a lot of steps or to the entrance that is at the bottom of a hill so kind of hard for people with walking limitations especially since you either have to get up very early and find parking or later at night because there was never any spots to drive. It was a little disappointing to pay the amount they charged for word salad on the website.
