Super sauberes Hotel, sehr bequeme Betten und schönes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Shuttleservice vom Hotel funktioniert super. Gutes Essen im kleinen Restaurant der Hotel-Lobby. Nahe am Flughafen San Francisco.

Preis-Leistung war etwas hoch für ein Flughafen Hotel. Lage war ok, nicht viel in der direkten Umgebung, man braucht ein Auto/Taxi/ Uber um irgendwo hin zu fahren.

"poor customer service"

Did not stay. Was admitted to hospital the night before hotel stay. Called the hotel to cancel reservation but got no response from customer relations. No response from chat conversation. Was told an email is forthcoming but never received one. It's been 5 days since and have not received a response form Hotel.com nor the Courtyard about my message/concern.

Shuttle service was not available and we had to catch a nearby hotel’s bus and walk to the property. Otherwise the property is nice average and very nice.
