Hilton Garden Inn Saint Charles

Tv box was mounted to the back of the tv so couldn’t change channels without holding the remote behind the tv. Good value otherwise.

I was highly impressed with the room - it was beautiful and felt a bit luxurious. Very clean and beautifully appointed. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

In our digital age, we are offered many "time-saving" (usually time saved for employees) options. Hilton offers "digital keys." You can "check-in" on line and ostensibly receive a "key," so you can bypass the check-in desk. Great. I have now tried this three times in three locations and it has never worked. At St. Charles, the online check in worked, but no digital key ever arrived. So, of course, I had to go to the desk for actual keys. In addition, the room they automatically provided was not the "accessible" room I reserved, so back to the desk. Note to Hilton: why are the accessible rooms as far from the entrance as possible? My guess is that in case of fire, they want them right next to one of the exits, but contemplate someone on a walker or cane or wheelchair having to roam the halls. One can, of course, drive to that distant entrance (and I did), but then you have to drive back to do luggage (the outer doors are problematic for luggage carts and the rear and side parking usually don't have much in the way of curb-less access). Unlike virtually every other motel these days, the breakfast at the Garden Inn was not free: $13.50. It was slightly better than say a Hilton Home2Suites breakfast, but $26's worth?

Staff was lazy and rude esp Sarah they just want to sit on their phones and not work … they put a extra charge for 41 dollars on my account and no one can explain anything I called them afternoon showed up on my statement and they are clueless and RUDE dogs everywhere… hair everywhere disgusting

This is our second time booking rooms for my family of 5 while visiting family in town. The two rooms were next to each other. (Perfect) The rooms were clean up to date and welcoming. Had all the amenities I needed for my family. The staff is super friendly. This second great experience will have me booking here in the future for all my visits in the future. Thank you for making our holiday easy and welcoming.

Last minute reservation. Front desk room selection for us was perfect. Ground floor with outdoor courtyard access and building exit so we could easily take our dog for walks. Unfortunately all around the surrounding grassy areas had garbage scattered; looks like it came from Arbuda Dham based on the food garbage I walked around. Room was spacious. Beds were soft for my preference. My son went to the pool. He said it was a little small yet water was lukewarm. Overall, a great set up for dogs and a good value that is about a 7 minute drive to downtown St. Charles.

Check on was a bit chaotic but overall a great little hotel

Its a nice hotel. The surrounding area is nice. Essy access to shopping and dining options are many.
