Just for me the distance to the main strip of Niagara Falls was a bit far for walking but we just walked there and ubered back

لم يكن الإنترنت يعمل بشكل جيد إطلاقاً. حاولنا ربط هواتفنا بالشبكة عدة مرات ولم ننجح. اتصلنا بخدمة العملاء، وأجابتنا موظفة وقدمت لنا بعض الخطوات لمحاولة حل المشكلة، وقمنا بتنفيذها بالكامل لكن المشكلة لم تُحل وبقي الإنترنت لا يعمل. كما أن موقف السيارات كان ممتلئاً بالكامل، رغم أننا حجزنا غرفة بسعر يقارب 550 دولاراً. في النهاية اضطررنا لإيقاف السيارة في موقف آخر خارج الفندق لأن الموقف الخاص بالفندق لم يكن يستوعب سيارات النزلاء. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان تعامل إحدى الموظفات غير جيد وغير احترافي

Location and amenities. Very nice room. Zeus at the bag drop table was the best thing about this stay his commitment to making our stay awesome was phenomenal

Parking off site as a hidden fee. Charged 124 dollars for 2 nights. Issue with a credit card that was not mine nor anyone I knew. Would not let me check into my room cause I had no physical card even tho it was not my card. Very stressful check in process
