No hot tub, web site showed a hot tub and dining. Front desk never had change for the bar .

No smart TV
Both Elevators were broken and they put us on the 7th floor. My kid literally fell to the ground because she was out of breath by the time we got to the top. If you know the elevators are broken, then I wouldn’t recommend putting people in a higher floor were they have to travel up the stairs with all their luggage.
