USUSVery clean room with comfortable beds. Great location close to freeway onramp. Included decent breakfast. Good value for the money.
Shower water never got hot (reported). Late checkout was not available due to excess of requests (budget of 4 that day).

The bed was a bit firm, I'm not a fan of firm beds. Back hurt when I woke up. Otherwise, It was a great place to stay!! This would not stop me from staying again tho!
USUSThe breakfast was good. The room was good, but we could hear people in the rooms beside us. The front desk on check in was accommodating in that we had a view of the parking lot for our U-Haul.
When I was ready to leave, I called the front desk to get help with suitcase as I had surgery and couldn’t lift anything over ten pounds. The girl said there was nobody available and that there was no maintenance. I asked if a housekeeper could help and the reply was they were too busy. I did see a housekeeper on our floor and asked if she could help and told her I tried front desk and was told the housekeeping staff were too busy. She didn’t understand English so had me translate into her phone and then she called her supervisor who didn’t understand what I was asking. As I was talking to the housekeepers /supervisor, a couple came by and I asked if they could help me with a suitcase and they did….what happened to customer service? And when I had my suitcase at the front door to be loaded into the car, I had to ask a group checking out if they could help…..my driver was not able to lift my suitcase…just fyi……our family has stayed at a holiday inn express over the years and this just set me back…
