Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel; dieses Mal leider ein Zimmer zur Straße - deutlich Straßenlärm zu merken. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind deutlich besser gelegen.

Geen hotelapartement .... gewoon apartement . Zo melden bij booking, of een grote modern restaurant met uitgebreide ontbijt,.., of niet gasten katen betaken voor wat niet bestaat if nuet zo waard

Mijn mening is dat dit bedrijf duidelijker moet zijn: dit is geen hotel, maar eerder een appartement dat beter via platforms zoals Airbnb aangeboden kan worden. Ook moet duidelijk vermeld worden dat er geen uitgebreid ontbijt is, zodat gasten niet extra betalen voor iets wat het niet waard is. Daarnaast vind ik dat Booking.com hier extra maatregelen moet nemen. Deze accommodatie moet gewoon als appartement worden geclassificeerd en niet als hotelappartement, om andere mensen te beschermen tegen zulke teleurstellingen of mogelijke misleiding.
