Water temperature of shower was okay.

Not clean, very old and musky smell. Food is not nice. Location is far from everywhere else. Facilities are old and rundown.

Breakfast had continental and local Indonesian options. The room was clean and as expected + Pool was available in the morning was clean. We played some tennis in the morning and walked around the property as well.

Awesome! Very clean place, nice swiming pool and all the staffs are very nice and friendly. Wide spread of breakfast too! Lovin it! Will sure come again! No regrets!

Everything was great. The pool was great. Spa was great. Free breakfast was a treat! They provide free shuttles to/from the ferry terminal and downtown Batam. I really enjoyed my time at this property.

A little far off from the city. Didn't have much options dinner wise around the property - dinner (while more pricey) was a delight on property.
