Breakfast was awesome. Plenty of variety. Very well cooked & presented. Breakfast staff were amazingly efficient especially how they catered & served large crowds of people. Very obliging to everyone. Wonderful massage at Tea Tree Spa. A great meal at Tepanaki.

Do not order taxis from front desk. Caught taxi everyday. Only last day I felt extremely ripped off. Double the price from outside taxi service! Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Very comfortable & caters for your every need. Excellent breakfasts with plenty of variety & choices. Great having a free curtesy van ,to the Grand Batam shopping mall, every day. Staff very nice & obliging.

Shower over the bath. Not easy to use if you have mobility problems.

2nd time staying here clean even though it's a bit run down. spa was good :) quite a gd spread for breakfast had dinner at the main restaurant and enjoyed the roasted chicken with orange but was just taken aback that the half chicken was so tiny! overall, it was a good stay for me and my hubby

would be good if the bathroom was brighter didn't like the yellow light. there should be better lighting in the room for women. couldnt close the balcony door at all which made me feel a little uneasy. maintenance could be better
