Absolut nettes Personal, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker, viel und abwechslungsreich. Bautzen an sich ist wirklich interressant.

Die Lage zur unmittelbar nahen Stadthalle, wo über das Wochenende Technoparties stattfanden und die Zimmer zum Parkplatz mit beschallt wurden, wofür Best Western aber keine Verantwortung übernehmen muss. Absolut war aber die Reaktion des Hotels, die sich kümmerten und was lobend erwähnt werden muss, kulant waren. Vielen Dank.

"Extrem warme und stickige Zimmer, sonst top"

Sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein leckeres Frühstück

An einigen Stellen schon etwas heruntergekommen, hinter dem Hotel ist auch ein Veranstaltungshaus und eine Billard/Bowling-Halle, weshalb man bis ca. 1 Uhr Lärm hat. Man konnte die Fenster somit nicht öffnen, wenn man schlafen wollte. Frühs knallte dann direkt die Sonne rein und das Zimmer heizte sich noch mehr auf. Da keine Klimaanlage existiert, waren wir doch sehr froh nur eine Nacht hier verbracht zu haben. (Im Sommer also nicht zu empfehlen)
