Fairbridge Hotel Cleveland East

Could have been cleaner. Needs updating. Put more than one light bulb in the room. Looks ran down. Children were loud.

Proximity to highway was very convenient; the hole in the pillow was strange, the mold in the shower was sneeze-worthy, and the general feel of the interior was damp - besides feeling like a Halfway House if you left the room for any reason.

If Fairbridge rebrands as a haunted hotel they will make millions! My room smelled of rotten seafood, which I found inside the mini fridge… stained sheets and smudges on the walls. Couldn’t sleep one night. The whole place looks dated, abandoned, and frankly creepy.

Pp lease make sure all phones work in rooms, also clean the walls in the rooms and make sure they have irons and microwaves.

Room was outdated , dirty and dusty, had a weird smell, linen wasn’t really clean and small tv. I had to go and buy cleaning products to wipe everything down and air freshener for the smell. Only good thing was fridge worked

Even for 1 night and low price I'll not stay here again. The dont even vacuum the roomsor halways. Very dirty place

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was unacceptable. When I arrived, I found a dead bug on the bed, and that was just the beginning. The sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty – stained and clearly not washed. It was clear no one had bothered to properly clean the room. When I brought this to the staff’s attention he apologized, but they refused to issue a refund. Zero accountability, zero concern for guest safety or hygiene. I've stayed in budget hotels before, but this was a new low. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. Filthy, unprofessional, and not worth a cent.
