Good hotel near to the airport with a good and reliable airport shuttle. Room was very quiet with the usual amenities you come to expect from a Japanese hotel and was opposite a large supermarket which was convenient when you just want to grab a quick bite and go to bed for that early flight out. staff are extremely helpful and allowed me to leave some of my luggage there whilst i went to the islands for a few days. very happy with my stay.

This is our 3rd time here. Cannot beat the location. Across the street you have a market that has everything you can imagine from freshly baked pastries to meats and sushi. There's also a 711 next to the market that if you know Japan's 711's they have great sandwiches, musubi, and a pretty decent latte, and it's close to the KIX airport. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner at a decent price. Daily maid service, or if you prefer not to have anyone come into the room (like my wife), they'll leave new towels, water, and all your amenities in a package outside your door. The room itself is super clean, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-fridge, and the water pressure is super strong. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The staff go above and beyond to help you. On our last day 9/30, we needed a shuttle to the airport and the girl working the front desk-I think her name was Rayna, who by the way spoke English, arranged to have their shuttle take us even though it was not scheduled. That really saved us, thank you!

Ruime kamer. Goed gemeubileerd. Voldoende ruimte voor koffer en spullen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door goed Engels sprekend behulpzaam personeel. Mooie ruime lobby.

Badkamer een beetje gedateerd. Wel goed onderhouden en op het oog keurig schoon. Het bad is 'los' tegen wand geplaatst, naar het lijkt zonder afdichting tussen tegels en bad. Ik vraag mij af of er door langdurig vocht en vuil misschien vieze (schimmel)plekken achter of onder het bad kunnen ontstaan. Het rook wel fris. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, zowel Japans ontbijt als yoghurt of (zoete) broodjes. De zaal was niet zo gezellig aangekleed en de tafelkleden waren niet mooi schoon door voorgangers. Presentatie buffet was vrij standaard, warmhoudpannen met curry,crijst etv. geen bijzondere aankleding. Filterkoffie smaakte mij te waterig.
