The breakfast is very good. the room was clean. the lady at the reception was very kind, and professional. the staff in general at the kitchen or at hotel are very kind and respectful.

The building is under renovation, so it doesn't worth the full value of money of regular reservation. The Location is a bit far from the city centre, the parking is big but a bit complicated, an Uber taxi could not reach the hotel to pick us up.

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer. Zeer ruime vierpersoons kamer. Ontbijt was goed. Ligging dichtbij het centrum, De tram naar het centrum 30 minuten en 20 minuten fietsen naar het centrum

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt kwaliteitsvol en voldoende variatie. Parkeren mits betaling bij het hotel. Openbaar vervoer (tram) naar centrum Gent op +- 200 meter van hotel

Renovatiewerken in het hotel: (minimale) storing. Het storend element werd vakkundig opgevangen door het personeel. Hotel met auto was niet makkelijk te vinden - The Loop, Gent.

Kamer en comfort (koffie en thee-faciliteiten, airco) waren prima in orde.

De omgeving is uiterst troosteloos, het hotel was voor fietsers moeilijk bereikbaar( en slecht aangegeven) , en de fietsenstalling was niet afgesloten en ver van de ingang. De douche was riant maar uiterst glad, bij natheid.
